✨ A New Chapter for the KenMann.net Bookstore
There are some exciting updates on the horizon for my online bookstore at KenMann.net. The platform currently known as Books.by will be rebranding to BookSpace.com over the next three weeks. This change comes in response to increased demand from the author collective — and it brings some major improvements for both readers and creators.
📚 eBooks Are Coming to the Store
One of the biggest upgrades is the introduction of eBooks.Until now, my bookstore has offered print editions only, but with the move to BookSpace.com, you’ll soon be able to purchase digital versions of my books directly from my site.
This is perfect timing with the upcoming release of Muse and the re‑imagined edition of Lorelei.
📣 Better Marketing Tools & Facebook Integration
The new platform will also allow me to run Meta/Facebook marketing campaigns directly from the bookstore, making it easier to share promotions, events, and new releases with readers across social media.
This means smoother launches, clearer updates, and more visibility for the stories you love.
🎨 A Customisable, Seamless Bookstore Experience
Another major improvement is the ability to customise the bookstore layout so it matches the aesthetic of KenMann.net.
This means:
A seamless transition between the main site and the store
A design that reflects the dark‑fantasy themes of my work
A more immersive and professional shopping experience
Think of it as a Shopify‑style storefront, but built specifically for authors.
💬 Why Buying Direct Matters
For those who choose to purchase through my bookstore, thank you — truly.Direct sales allow a much higher margin to stay with the creator. Other platforms often take 60% or more after print costs, but BookSpace keeps far more in the hands of the author.
Of course, if you prefer Amazon or other retailers, my books will remain available there as well. The choice is always yours.
